The accommodation sits in the grounds of Loxley Farm, a charming Grade II listed farmhouse, believed to date back to the 16th century. It is situated on a country lane, set back from the road in the heart of the village. The B&B forms part of the former barns and is completely self-contained for the perfect country retreat for 2 adults and up to 2 children. It is well equipped and finished to a very high specification. Downstairs you will find the sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom. Upstairs, there is one bedroom, a library of books and a reading chair .

From £115 per night for the Loxley self contained Barn– minimum of 2 nights
There will be complimentary tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, shower gel, bath towel , hand towel, 1 set of bedding for the double bed, sofa bed and single bed, as required.

Relax in the porch and watch the birds or read a book in the stillness of the garden.
There is a little covered area for children to play.

Double bed, single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers,library of books for all ages and all genres and a reading chair.
All linen is hotel quality, washed at a high temperature.
Option to purchase brand new packaged bedding if you prefer. (cost price)

The first floor has a spacious double bedroom- double bed, single bed, beams. a beautiful view across fields.
Kitchenette
Well equipped with essentials, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cafetière, selection of teas and coffees .
There is no hob, but instead there is a microwave with grill, a steamer and slow cooker.

Relax in the Garden
Walk through the the wooden gate to self contained annex with own entrance along the path and through the garden. You will see a little wooden table with a wicker chair. The Barn has a slate sign. Geoff and I will do our best to be here to welcome you.
